(All above included in the “Premium” package but the main two differences are that the telephone line is not exclusive (calls are answered in the name “Rodos Business Centre”) and the email address is that of our business centre).

Some of our services in greater detail:
Telephone A local telephone line is provided. A professional receptionist answers incoming calls in the company’s name (this applies for the “Premium” package) or in the name of our business centre (this applies for the “Basic Package”), takes a message and forwards that message to the client, according to client’s specific instructions. A voice mailbox is activated after office hours and any messages are immediately forwarded by email. Messages can also be retrieved by accessing voice mailbox activated for 24 hours, as well as having telephone conversations recorded and forwarded.
Fax A local fax number is provided and faxes are forwarded according to clients specifications, via fax or email.
Mail Forwarding
A business address is provided in order to enhance the image of the company. Mail is collected on a regular basis and then forwarded according to client instructions, via fax, email or post.
Internet Services (optional)
Internet presence is offered in the form of a personalized email address (This applies for the “Premium” package). Web designing and hosting can be provided consisting of a one or more pages basic design. All logos, texts and images are provided by the client or suggested by our designer. Desired colours and special requests are duly noted.
Other Services
A local fax number is provided and faxes are forwarded according to clients specifications, via fax or email.
